## Project Overview
Palm Tree Residences Miami is the first-ever branded residential offering from Palm Tree Crew, the global lifestyle platform founded by DJ Kygo (Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll) and his manager Myles Shear. The brand sits at the intersection of music, travel, and culture, producing the Palm Tree Music Festival in destinations including West Palm Beach, Aspen, the Hamptons, St. Tropez, Montreal, Singapore, Napa Valley, India, and Australia, and curating the brand's presence at cultural moments such as F1 Miami, Art Basel, The Masters, the Super Bowl, the World Cup Finals, and St. Barths New Year's Eve.

The project is a 37-story tower in downtown Miami's Park West entertainment district. The building delivers 483 fully furnished residences spanning junior suites to three-bedroom homes. All residences are short-term rental friendly, and ownership unlocks an integrated benefits program inside the broader Palm Tree Crew ecosystem.
